Adam Kathrens was captured by a wild band of headhunters while on vacation in the South Pacific as a child, and knowing nothing of the local language he resorted to drawing pictures as form of communication. Once defeating his captors in a triumphant battle he returned to Calgary to pursue and refine his artistic skills at Immaculate Concept Tattoo.
